A Cherry Blossom Outing

I love cherry blossoms but not crowd. I think my neighbor, too. We went out to see the blossoms, but ended up in a restaurant, ate a hanami lunch, and came home without walking along the cherry-tree-lined river. I hope we go next weekend again. We're about the same age, grew up across a small lane, went to same schools, coincidentally we both went into a computer career, and now both are motherless. During the lunch, she was saying she became forgetful. I agreed with her. Well, we can do something about that. I'll remind her the purpose of our outing next weekend!
