I sent "Estimates" to the Bicycle Review long ago and forgot to which publication I sent it. Later, I sent "Stuck" to the Bicycle Review thinking the first one to send. So, after "Stuck" was already published and the editor made a comment that he liked the other one, I asked him which one. It was a surprise.
It's good to keep a journal of where we sent what, and also it's good to forget about it because I usually don't send anything again if they don't reply at all.
